He is our Costa del Sol Specialist in Benalmádena—not as a newcomer, but as seasoned professional, together with his wife Sylvia, in the world of real estate investments, rentals, and smart financial moves. And although they’re new to CDSP, they’re anything but new to the business.
Originally from Delft and Amsterdam, Cor and Sylvia spent years building an impressive network of investors and rental projects in the Netherlands. They understand the numbers, what makes a property worth it—or not—and how to combine returns with common sense. No castles in the air, but solid foundations you can build on.
Their love for Spain didn’t begin behind a beach chair, but with the purchase of their own real estate on the Costa del Sol. What started as a smart move grew into deep knowledge of the local market, regulations, and—most importantly—what clients really need when they want to buy, rent, or invest under the Spanish sun.
Cor is the analyst of the duo—keen on numbers, property values, and returns. Sylvia is the people person, with an intuitive sense of what clients are looking for, even if they don’t quite know it themselves. Together, they’re a golden team that offers honest advice and always thinks one step ahead.
