The most beautiful part of my job is guiding people through one of the most meaningful moments in their lives. That moment when everything falls into place: the search, the stress, the hope… and then that burst of emotion when it finally happens. When their dream stops being just a plan and becomes reality. You see it in their eyes — that smile that says it all. That’s what I do it for.
But there’s another side too. The moments when I have to deliver the news that it won’t happen. When a deal falls through and a dream shatters. That part never gets easier. You live it with them, you feel it with them, and honestly, it never stops hurting.
And that’s exactly why we celebrate the good moments so deeply. Because when it does work out — when every signature is in place and the keys are handed over — there’s always one sentence that marks the occasion:
“Cava at the notary.”
Every handover is more than a transaction. It’s the start of a new chapter. And I’m grateful to be part of that story.
